URAA is governed through a general assembly which meets annually, a Board of Directors that guides the operations and policy implementation of the organization, committees and sub committees for specific tasks and assignments. The day to day running of the association is managed by a secretariat headed by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a team of technical officers responsible for specific duties of URAA.
